Our Story
1990
Italian sports car manufacturer Lamborghini has decided to locate its U.S. headquarters and a $4-million-plus parts, marketing and distribution center in Jacksonville, the company said.
1997
The building was later acquired by Enterprise Integration, who transformed the space into a large IT services nerve center, including a massive video screen.
2012
Enterprise Integrations relocates and the building is vacated.
2022
In 2022, the property was acquired by Acorn Property Holdings and reimagined as Deerwood Castle, Jacksonville’s premier destination for events, culture, and automotive heritage.
2025
Spanning over 35,000 square feet, the Castle now features a grand hall, customizable event spaces, a private VIP Patron’s Club, and serves as home to the Jacksonville Sports Car Museum, showcasing a world-class collection of rare and exotic vehicles. Blending modern amenities with rich character, Deerwood Castle offers a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
